1. Speckle mode - adds random dots all over the page.
2. Invert mode - turns the page upside down before sending it.
3. Scratch-head algorithm - a vertical appears down every fax you send.
4. 2° offset - the page is turned slightly by exactly 2° so that all lines appear to be made up of many smaller lines.
5. Random page selection - after the first page, all other pages are sent in a random order.
6. Random page skip - during a large fax, one or two pages are missed out at random.
7. Depagination feature - facility to send two separate pages as one single one, usually with the second one decapitated.
8. Page 5 refusal - the option to fail sending on page 5 everytime until Invert mode is selected (see option 2).
9. Highlight feature - Important sections of text can be highlighted by simulating a florescent marker pen. The highlighted text is received as a large black area.
10. Paper-out simulation - halt the receiving of a long fax and accept no more faxes until someone notices that the software is in paper-out simulation mode.
11. Weekend option - automatically go into Paper-out simulation mode on Friday at 5:01 pm* to get a full 2½ days of no faxes. (* configurable)
12. Vital Incoming option - set this option when you are expecting an urgent incoming fax. It will automatically fail the first seventeen times.
