The Logging of Complaints

    A system called WABBIT (Warning and Bans Basic Information Tracker) exists
    for use by Monitors, Talker Helpers, Staff and Admin for the logging of any
    warnings, section bans and so on that they give to users. Admin can also
    log complaints and complaint resolutions in this system.

    Complaint logs are only visible to the Admin team, but the Warning and Ban
    logs are visible to all Staff, Admin, Monitors and Talker Helpers.

    These logs are used when a complaint is received to see if a user has been
    continually causing problems around the system, rather than just in a
    single instance which has generated a complaint.

    The WABBIT system is still under development, but the basic functionality
    is working as required.
