    If you disagree with a complaint resolution and cannot resolve this with
    the Complaints Admin, you can escalate the complaint to a higher level in
    the Complaints Hierarchy.

  Exceptional Cases

    The absolute majority of cases will follow the shape dictated in this
    document. However, because of the diverse nature of complaints it is
    inevitable that at times exceptions will have to be made.
